Kitsap County is erroneously and egregiously prosecuting numerous medical marijuana patients. In response, we placed an advertisement in the Sunday, May 4, 2008 edition of the Kitsap Sun. The ad states: "Kitsap County Prosecutor Russ Hauge has a prescription for medical marijuana patients." To the left of that is an image of handcuffs, with Russ Hauge's picture inside one of the cuffs.
